Siobhan Carty – Senior Associate
Siobhan is a Solicitor is a solicitor working in our property law department.
Siobhan advises on all aspects of sale and purchase by private treaty, auction and tender, of both commercial and residential properties, new and second hand, registered, unregistered and possessory titles, and distressed properties for both private client and corporate entities, receivers, local authorities and charitable organisations.
She has experience dealing with sales of large scale commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, and the preparation and drafting of commercial leases.
In addition, Siobhan advises on corporate compliance, corporate agreements, wills, probate and estate planning.
