Tim Riordan – Senior Associate

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and advises on a variety of real estate transactions providing strategic legal support and advice to investors , asset managers, developers, lenders, semi-state bodies, charities and private corporates.

His experience spans all manner of real estate acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management instructions as well as more bespoke transactions. 

He also has experience in real estate loan sale transactions , property aspects of insolvency including receiver and mortgagee sales and has been involved in the real estate elements of corporate / M&A transactions.

Tim is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Conveyancing Committee
