Mel Ferguson – Partner

Mel is a Partner in Sheehan & Company LLP, Solicitors and also a Notary Public for the City and Counties of Dublin.

Mel has lectured and tutored on the Law Society’s Professional Courses and as part of the CPD programmes on topics including:

1. Landlord & Tenant
2. Mixed Developments
3. Pitfalls in Conveyancing

Mel’s articles on development schemes have appeared in the Law Society Gazette and he was co-author of Complex Conveyancing (published jointly by the Law Society and Tottel)

Whilst having experience in all areas of property and banking, Mel practices mainly in the area of commercial property, banking and construction, with an emphasis on advising property developers and lending institutions with regard to transaction structuring, security and restructuring.
